the check-in process was definitely not smooth. I stood there like an idiot as the staff took personal calls. They Did not care much about giving directions to hotel facilities. the pool was a joke, a small, depressing area in the gym downstairs. pool time was limited to 30 minutes. seriously?

the location was quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

I found the service quite poor. during my stay, i had issues with the air conditioning unit in the room. it kept switching off and on randomly. maintenance came, but the problem persisted, so i was left to deal with a very uncomfortable environment. (it was frustrating). also, the breakfast was chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed and some food items were consistently empty or cold.

the rooms are spacious and clean. location is quite good for food. i could easily walk to many restaurants and cafés. i also liked that the bathroom has good lighting.

perpetual drilling occurred from 9 am to 8 pm. i could not sleep in after 9 am because of this noise. the lobby is tiny with only one avant-garde orange chair.
